BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT RW0732 EAR KITABI
RW0732 EAR KITABI is the project of Kitabi Anglican church with the partnership of Compassion International that started on 25 February 2008 with 271 vulnerable children to support them in holistic development. Now RW0732 EAR Kitabi supported 252 vulnerable children composed with 124female and 128 males.
These children are in following age groups: 69 Children in 19+ age group, 7 Children in 15-18 age group, 15 Children in 12-14 age group, 3 Children in 9-11 age group, 57 Children in 6-8 age group, 101 Children in 3-5 age group.
In schools, we have 103 children in nursery schools,74 children in primary schools, 34 children in secondary schools, 2 children in university and 39 children are working in this area.
Staff project: we have 3 permanent workers but no Health social worker in the project,7 teachers,4 cooks,4 extra-curriculars and 1 project cleaner.
Now, we have at least 14 Caregivers ‘associations:
